1. How do I book a taxi?
You can book a taxi through our website by filling out the booking form, calling us at +1 (849) 884-4457, or sending an email to [email protected]. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (both USD and Dominican Pesos), major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. For credit card and PayPal payments, a small processing fee may apply.
3. Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
For standard taxi services, no deposit is required. However, for full-day tours, excursions, or special arrangements, we may ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full fare.
5. Are your drivers English-speaking?
Yes, all our drivers speak English and Spanish. Some drivers also speak other languages such as French, German, or Russian.
6. Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats upon request. Please specify the age and weight of the child when making your booking so we can provide the appropriate seat.
7. How early should I book for airport pickup?
We recommend booking your airport pickup at least 24-48 hours in advance. For peak season (December-April), booking a week in advance is advisable.
8. Do you offer round-trip discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on round-trip bookings made at the same time.
9. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrivals, so if your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you. There is no additional charge for flight delays up to 2 hours.
10. Can I book a taxi for multiple days?
Yes, we offer multi-day packages for tourists who want to have a dedicated driver throughout their stay. Please contact us for special rates.
